S ound-abs orbing mate rial that now were avaliablied,incl udingpolyme r s ound- absor bing material,were wit h narr ow wave band,toothi ck and heavy.Thes edisadvanta ges seriously limited the use of them.In or der to impr ove the sound-a bsorption pr oper ties of the mate rial,polyanil ine,polypyr rol e,copper phthal ocyanine we re madefi rstly,thenmixed thes e polym ers with graphite,epoxy resin,polyam ide resin,met hylpyr rolidone as desi gened ratio in ball mill,at last,coated theseslur ry on differernt car riers and a kind of conducting so und-abs orbingfilm material were made,this film had exc ell ent sou nd-abs orbingproper ties,especi ally atlow wave band,then thefil m was thin and li ght.Thi cknes s gauge,di gital avo meter,SEM and intellige ntacoustic testerwere ado pted to tes t the thi ckness,conducti vity,morphol ogy andsound-a bsorbing proper ties of the material.Thefact or s whi ch aff ectedthe sound -abso rption proper ties were als o disc ussed.The concl usio n wereas follow ing:1.When n (APS):n (An):n (DBSA) was 1.6:1:1,and polymeri zationtime was 20 hours,polyanil ine with a conductivity of 0. 2 5 s/cm could begot.2.when n (APS):n (An):n (DBSA) was 1:1:2,the polymerizationtem perat ure was 0℃,polypyr rol e with a conductivity of 0. 2 2 s/cm couldbe got.3.It woul d be better to add the cataly ze r s when the reactant s mel tedin uni for m and tem perat ure as cended to reactio n tempe rat ure,on thiscondition,a kind of ei ght carboxyl copper pht hal ocyanine with aelec trical conducti vit y value of 10-3 S/ cm wa s made,the elec trical conductivi ty value was 10 6 times of non - substit ution copperphthal ocyanine.4.When the ratio of conductive polym ers and graphi te was 2:4,material thi ckness was about 300μm,rotate d speed of the ball mill was252 r/m in,ball milling time was 4h and cavit y on it s back was 8.5cm,thefilm wi th bes t sound-abs orbing proper ties could be got,The averagesound absor ption coefficient bet we en 4000H z and 125H z exceeded 0. 5,maximum abs orption coefficient sreached 0. 95,which fille d the gap ofpoor sound- absor bing per for manc e at low fre quency....
