Offshore ecological environment monitoring and data analysis is the technical support of China's Marine programs, which is vital to the development of ocean economy industry and preventing Marine ecological environment pollution. For the demand of monitoring Marine ecological environment parameter long-term, real-time and comprehensively. This dissertation has described designing a set of offshore ecological environment multi-parameter integrated monitoring device, proposing data analysis and forecast using time series analysis method and validating the forecast result using experiment. The main research works are as follows:1. Putting forward port extension method to solve the problem encountered in the ecological environment sensor integrated so that realize the target of multiple ecological environment sensor fusion; with the characteristics of the offshore ecological environment integration device timing acquisition, putting forward the power management strategy making the device work longer periodic and uninterrupted.2. Using the mothod of software delay waiting to make the ecological environment sensors relative"isolation"in course of monitoring; Using a new window sliding method for digital filter to the analog quantities of ecological environment parameters.3. This paper has described time series characteristics in the Marine ecological environment, the structure of the model and parameter estimation of the season model after smooth change, using the least squares estimate method to the parameters of the linear model, using the moment estimate to the parameters of the nonlinear model. 4. Season model is fitted for the parameters collected. The development trend of the parameter is predicted through the data analysis. The validity of the prediction is demonstrated in the experiment. How to improve the forecasting accuracy is discussed.The technology of the sensor integration and the work of research and validation in predicting the Marine ecological environment parameters using the time series analysis lay a solid foundation in realizing the development of the Marine environment career.
