Research And Design Of Mine Ground Pressure Monitoring System

With the sustainable and rapid development of national economy,mining gradually goes into deep.Because of the incensement of depth in underground mining,the controlling of ground pressure is becoming more and more important The study of monitoring mine ground pressure aims to provide some security for the production of mining enterprises.The system designed in this paper monitors Mine Ground Pressure by using three modules of acoustic emission module,stress module and displacement module.Each data acquisition unit uses a serial port server to connect the Ethernet and sends the data collected to the center server.The monitoring software of host computer is based on C/S and B/S structure;it can flexibly and conveniently realize multi-user multi-terminal and real-time monitoring.This paper first introduced the background of ground pressure monitoring technology and designed the overall structure of the system.Then it proposed the network scheme for each module and analyzed and introduced the hardware of them.After that,it designed the total structure of the software in PC and introduced the software design ideas in different modules.It focused on the analysis of the logic and process of data acquisition in each module and gave some relevant code based on the communication protocol.Finally,the paper introduced the site operation of the monitoring system.It included hardware connections,software settings and the operation of monitoring interface.And also analyzed the ground pressure data collected from the monitoring system.This system has been put into operation.The results validate that the system can collect data accurately,monitor instantaneously,operate flexibly and realize remote and real-time monitoring of mine ground pressure.
