The corrosion process in the water of oil-gas field of metal belong to electrochemical corrosion.The water of oil-gas field with much impurity leads severe corrosion to metal.The impurity is the form of soluble Chloride in water of oil field.Anothet factor that can cause corrosion are O2 and H2S and so on.and the Microorganisms can lead to severe corrosion.By all kinds of chemical analysis method to analysis the characters, ionic constituent and its changing regular pattern and sort, content of the filths, of the water from Preprocessing of wastewater system, recovering of methylalcohol system, recycling system and circular water cooling system of Mizhi gas processing facility, to find out the inside reasons, mechanism and influence factores of crustation and cauterization. After that, by all kinds of experiments to choose the best and suitest preprocessing agent and anti-corrosive agent for the wastewater. and then confirm a best scheme and technology to make the water system safely and smoothly operate by considering the condition of processing technology, characters of water and condition of operation of Mizhi gas processing facality.The research shows:1.it can greatly reduce the corrosion when people use N2 to isolate the fire-water supply and the water storage tank.2.we must raise disposal efficiency of methanol bearing sewage and oil bearing sewage when the sewage passed recovery methanol package.it can ensure the stability of subsequent treatment.3. The processing system of domestic wastewater does not require preservative treatment,but need the convert water pump with anti-corrosion.4. Enhancing the effect of preprocessing of wastewater including oil and alcohol,raising pH and reducing concentration of ferric ion in wastewater and temperature of bottom water before going into the treatment system can slow down corrosiveness of recyle wastewater greatly,then increasing slight corrosion inhibitor can ensure stable operation of the processing system of production waste and recyle wastewater.5. In practical applications,we can use bactericide 780and Zl alternately which is 60 mg/L or more.lt is better to control the content of bacterial in recyle water system and meet the standards for recycle.we choose TS-50609H for recycle water and fire water system which is about 80mg/L,It can slow down corrosiveness of recyle water and fire water system.
