With the development of the manufacturing industry, more requests are set to the surface of the strip steel.The function of temper mill directly affects the production efficiency and quality of the strip steel.So,this paper takes a 2030 temper mill pressing AGC system from a steel factory for example,simply introduces the production process,function,aim,main equipments,composition principle,features,the composition principle of AGC,future of the temper mill, and fouces to analyse and research the pressing system of temper mill.Based on comprehending the system totally,this paper simpiles the model of the system reasonably.According to the feature of the three-vavles-controlled-one cylinder,this paper sets up the math model,reflecting the dynamic character of the temper mill of the system.With a analysis of the dynamic character and simulation for the pressing system by using the software MATLAB/Simulink correctly, the parameters of the system.is given.After the analysis of the dynamic character of the system,a PI controller correction is used,which shows that the dynamic character of the system improves a little,but do not get to the due require.So,a Bang-Bang controller correction is used.In comparison, Bang-Bang+PI controller which gets to the better effects and the due require improves the dynamic character of the system.
