The ore-dressing process integrated production indices can reflect quality of product, production efficiency and product cost, etc. The decomposition of integrated production indices will touch product of every process directly. Integrated production indices mainly include the yield and the tenor of the finished ores, the iron recovery rate. Technical indices mainly include the flow recovery rate, the yield and the tenor of strong and weak finished ores, the granularity of strong and weak magnetic. Each of the technical indices only meet the requirements, the integrated production indices can satisfy enterprise target. Due to the influence factor of ore-dressing process integrated production indices is complex and often difficult measured online, the traditional ore-dressing enterprises normally break production indices into corresponding technical indices according to the results of the ore-dressing processing procedures and the factory production experience, reducing accuracy and effectiveness of the plan and not guarantying the ore-dressing process integrated production indices optimization. Therefore, there will be significance decomposing the integrated indices for optimizing enterprise production and improving benefit of enterprise.Under the support of the "985 project" process industry integrated automation technology innovation platform, the article puts forward the method of ore-dressing process integrated production indices decomposition and compensation, and does an experiment of algorithm verification research on the system.This research work mainly summarized as follows:(1) Aiming at the weakness of Apriori that the generated association rules are not meet user requirement due to artificial setting support, the paper proposed improvement method of the Apriori algorithm, add the self-adapting support, avoiding uncertainty of the support due to artificial setting.(2) The paper analyzed the relationship between each indices of ore-dressing process, introduced existing decomposition methods of ore-dressing, at the same time pointed out lack of the software system of the technical indices deciding of ore-dressing process based on feedback compensation, which are ignoring the impact of reduced technical indices to integrated indices during process of technical indices deciding, and the compensation values which system provided are not accuracy. Both of them led to the big error between the target value and actual value of integrated indices. The article proposes a method of ore-dressing process integrated production indices decomposition and compensation. Using the Apriori algorithm for mining association rules, the system excavates the relationship between each index from the historical data of ore-dressing, and then determines various technical indices values of compensation.(3) The paper designed and developed ore-dressing process integrated production indices compensation system, adopting the B/S structure. Its main function is getting the technical indices compensation value according to the association rules which were mining. The input parameter is the error between the actual value and the target value of ore-dressing process integrated production indices. Then, mine the compensation value of technical indicators based on improving Apriori association rule algorithm, and compensate decomposition of ore-dressing process integrated production indices. Thus, it can eliminate the influence of interference accurately.(4) The ore-dressing process integrated production indices compensation system is embedded into ore-dressing process integrated production indices optimization simulation experiment platform for experimental study. At the same time, contrast the method proposed by the paper with existed method. The experimental results show that the proposed decomposition and compensation method of ore-dressing process integrated production indices is effective.
