Informatization,as the only way in the development of coal mines,plays a vital role in the safety of coal mines.Coal mines accumulate a large amount of accident hidden danger data in daily safety production management work,and these data often hide some little-known information with certain use value that needs artificial exploration.Therefore,combined with data mining technology to establish a set of systems that assist coal mines in managing safety information can not only query and statistics the complex and huge information data generated daily by coal mines,but also make full use of information data to deeply mine its potential association rules.This article aims at the problems of non-closed information management and lack of effective use of data in coal mine safety information management systems and a method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical fitting experiments is proposed.Obtain the association rules between different dimensions of the hidden danger data of the "Ventilation an Protection of Methane" accident in coal mines and built a "Ventilation an Protection of Methane"safety information system for coal mines.The thesis selects Apriori algorithm for data mining in this paper by studying data association rule mining and coal mine "Ventilation an Protection of Methane" safety production management theory,and analyzed the content of the multi-dimensional and multi-layered data of the hidden danger data of the "Ventilation an Protection of Methane" accidents in coal mines.At the same time,a large amount of the "Ventilation an Protection of Methane" professional accident hidden danger data of Coal Mine in Tongchuan City was collected in large amounts,and it was divided into 5 large data dimensions into 30 small attributes according to the specified data layer,and preprocess the data into 0-1 Boolean matrix,the support and confidence thresholds are set to 0.2,0.3,0.02,and 0.03 respectively,and the association rules of the matrix are mined.Finally,the effective association rules between different dimensions of the hidden danger of the accident are obtained.Finally,the feasibility of the constructi on of coal mine "Ventilation an Protection of Methane" safety information system based on data mining is demonstrated from three aspects of technology,economy and society.And established the system's design goals and architecture,and completed the realization of functional modules such as accident hidden trouble investigation,risk grading management and control,safety production standardization,and three-dimensional management and statistical analysis.At the same time,a prototype system will be built for field practical application in Coal Mine,and the field application effect is good.The validation of the research method proposed in this paper shows that the Apriori algorithm can be applied to the analysis of association rules of hidden danger data of multi-dimensional and multi-layer coal mine accidents,and get the association rules between different dimensions of accident hazard data.The application of the system constructed in the text by the Coal Mine has strengthened the mine's prediction and early warning of hidden dangers,and strengthened the mine's management and control of daily safety information.
