Oolitic hematite is one kind of hematite, having enormous reserves,however, because of their small cloth inlay size,and often associated with siderite, oolitic and phosphorus-containing mineral paragenesis chlorite or another package, has not been developed and utilized.The oolitic hematite deposit huge reserves in Liaoning Ye zhugou, which is an important undevelopment and utilization of iron ore resources in Liaoning region, the papers researched the nature of iron ore beneficiation processes and systems deeply.Research of technological mineralogy of raw ore shows that:the iron is oxidized metamorphic sedimentary ore,iron minerals are mainly hematite, limonite,magnetite, square iron ore,manganese ore material is manganese oxide, the main gangue mineral is quartz and a small amount of aluminum silicate.Iron, manganese complex with earthy structure, concentric ring, he shaped interstitial structure, account structure. Ore mainly local mesh structure, structure and wrinkles oolitic structure, the great majority of embedded fine-grained cloth,lower grade ore.In this paper, for roasting-magnetic separation process carried out a detailed study results show that:32.68% to the grade of ore, coal so reducing agent, in the calcination temperature 750℃, calcination time 30min, reducing coal:ore=1:5, grinding Mine size-0.074mm content under the conditions of 85% of the available magnetic concentrate grade 49.09% and 87.52% recovery of the election of other indicators.Degree of re-ground concentrate to-0.037mm content under the conditions of 80% of the available magnetic concentrate grade 52.05%,70.16% recovery of the election of other indicators.As the concentrate grade of 52.05% is still far from the election did not meet other requirements, so they concentrate on an anti-magnetic flotation pilot study results showed that:in the ore grade of 52.05 percent to,fineness of grinding-0.037mm content of 80% conditions in order to do dodecylamine collector, starch as an inhibitor concentrate grade was 57.07%,72.54% recovery of the election of other indicators. The calcination of the hematite-the application of magnetic separation and flotation dodecylamine to the mechanism is analyzed.This paper is very important for Chaoyang of Liaoning region's oolitic hematite development and utilization.
