The copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore composition is extremely complex,the content of valuable constituent have a wide range of fluctuation and various contitutious, and the disseminated particle size change greatly, researches on this kind of ore are important in non-ferrous metal processing.Copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore in Qinghai Qilian Boke Mining is mainly composed of copper, lead and zinc, in which the valuable metal ore are galena, sphalerritec and halcopyrite, followed by tetrahedrite and trace bornite. The main gangue are muscovite, carbonate and quartz, other minerals are few. The mineral such as muscovite and sillimanite are easy argillization which in gangue mineral.In order to recover the target mineral efficiently, according to the mine, we adopt the flotation, the principle flowsheet is partially bulk flotation. In another word is that:copper and lead mixed flotation, then float zinc, at last separate the copper and lead from the copper-lead mixed concentrate. The grind fineness is 90% which under 0.0074mm, in this process we choose lime to adjust the pH, use the combined reagent as zinc depressor which is compose of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite, take butyl xanthate and NaD as copper-lead mixed floation collector, butyl xanthate as zinc collector, terpenic oil as frother. By closed flowsheet, copper-lead mixed concentrate and zinc concentrate are obtained. In the copper-lead mixed concentrate, the grade of copper is 8.82%, the recovery of copper is 86.83%; the grade of lead is 32.69%, the recovery of lead is 89.82%.The zinc concentrate has a zinc grate of 32.69%, and a recovery of 25.44%.In the process of separating lead and copper from copper-lead mixed concentrate, we take combined reagent CN and CT to inhibition lead when float copper. Under the best conditions, copper and lead concentrate can be obtained with the closed flowsheet, the grade of copper is 22.15%, the recovery of copper is 75.02%; the grade of lead is 45.41%, the recovery of lead is 81.42%. In order to improve the grade and recovery of zinc concentrate in the flotation process of zinc, we featured on a number of occasions. At last, which has a great of zinc is 49.01%,and a recovery of zinc is 61.49% in the zinc concentrate.
