The copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore is complex, the contents of valuable constituent have a wide range of fluctuation and various texture, and the disseminated particle size change greatly, researches on this kind of ore are important in non-ferrous metal processing.A copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore is mainly composed of copper, lead and zinc. The main value minerals are galena, sphalerritec and halcopyrite, some gold and silver. And muscovite, carbonate and quartz are the main gangue mineralsThe flow sheet of collective-selective flotation to be specific, copper, lead bulk flotation-zinc flotation-copper, lead separation, was employed in this paper according to the ore properties. Systematic beneficiation tests were carried by using the flow sheet. When the grind fineness was 83%-0.0074mm, lime was employed to adjust the pH, the combined reagent as zinc depressor which was compose of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite, diethyldithiocarbamate as copper-lead bulk floation collector, butyl xanthate as zinc collector, terpenic oil as frother and potassium permanganate as depressor of lead. By closed circuit flowsheet, satisfactory concentrate was obtained. In the concentrate, the grade of copper is 14.35%, the recovery of copper is 57.42%; the grade of lead is 54.00%, the recovery of lead is 87.84%.The zinc concentrate has a zinc grate of 56.20%, and a recovery of 84.64%.The copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide ore sample is difficult to be processed. Satisfactory results were obtained due to the appropriate process flow sheet and flotation reagent system.
