In the produce flow of iron and steel enterprises, the hot metal scheduling between steel-area and iron-area is the key tache. As the processing routes between steel-area and iron-area are complex, and the number of working equipments is big, different types of disturbances always appear. How to identify and deal with the disturbances under Steel-Iron Correspondence is our duty. The Dynamic Hot Metal Scheduling System Oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence is quite important for saving energy and improving economic benefit in companies.In this paper, we design and develop the Dynamic Scheduling System based on the Hot Metal Scheduling System and in the background of a large iron and steel enterprise. The main contents are as follow.(1) Analysis the service requirement and difficulty based on the discription of the dynamic scheduling process, design the whole enterprise solution of the Dynamic Hot Metal Scheduling oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence.As the hot metal flows from blast furnace continually and the converter needs hot metal on time, this production state causes the scheduling difficulties of Steel-Iron Correspondence between supply and demand; the priority order of the real iron and temporary scheduling of special set position constitute the difficulties of the iron scheduling problems. This paper designs the Dynamic Scheduling System framework based of case-based reasoning, identify the identifying and classified adjust for the disturbances. The case-based reasoning adjust method identify the operating for the relationship of Steel-Iron Correspondence, including adjust for Static Scheduling and Steel-Iron Correspondence.(2)Reach the iron Dynamic Scheduling methods oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence.This iron scheduling methods adopts case-based reasoning technology. The first step gives the scheduling strategy, and the second step gives the scheduling method. Case-based system is constituted of new case generating, case matching, case adjusting and evaluation confirming and so on. Scheduling method adopts three ways, The solving of the case is comprehensively considered of people's scheduling experiences, Steel-Iron Correspondence constraints limits and constraints limits between iron Scheduling systems, identifying quick adjusting oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence scheduling system. Finally dynamic scheduling adjust the flow, cast, equipment, and time.(3)Design and develop the software of Dynamic Hot Metal Scheduling System Oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence. In this paper, I take the hot metal scheduling system as the background, design and develop the CBR for dynamic scheduling system, and build the key mode.(4)Test the whole solution of dynamic scheduling system and the validity of the method. I simulate different types and grades disturbances in order to test the system, then analysis the result. Finally the validity of the dynamic scheduling system and the solution are proved.
