The hot metal scheduling between steel-area and iron-area based on the hot metal transport is the key link of iron and steel enterprises. It receives the scheduling instructions of the scheduling worker, transports the TPC to the steel enterprises to receive pre-drossing, pretreatment and post-drossing after TPC received the hot metal exactly, ships the TPC to pour the hot iron at the steel enterprises at last, and sends the TPC back to blast furnaces.It constitutes one transport process of the hot metal. Because the processing routes between steel-area and iron-area are complex, and the number of working equipments is large, different types of disturbances always appear, the main task is to identify and deal with the disturbances under Steel-Iron Balance.In this paper, we research the rescheduling methods of hot metal Dynamic Scheduling System depend on Steel-Iron Correspondence and finish the realize and proving of the software. The main contents are arranged as follow.(1)Build the whole structure of the hot metal Dynamic Scheduling System. The hot metal Dynamic Scheduling system oriented Steel-Iron process is composed by five sections: multi-disturbers identification module, disturb rank and dynamic scheduling adjust strategy confirm module, multi-disturbs priority determination module, dynamic scheduling adjust method confirm module and dynamic adjust module (zero-adjust and rescheduling).The rescheduling method is the key of this paper.(2)Raise rescheduling methods oriented to the Steel-Iron Correspondence Dynamic Scheduling. The Steel-Iron Balance raises different rescheduling methods of models or rules to handle disturbs of diffident types and ranks. The middle disturb adopts local rescheduling; Time and weight big disturb adopt the global rescheduling which rearranges the equipments and time of static scheduling; Elem big disturb adopts the global rescheduling which coordinates the relationship with the correspondence relationship of Steel-Iron; Equipment big disturb adopts the global rescheduling which coordinates the relationship with the correspondence relationship of Steel-Iron and hot metal balance. (3)Design and develop the software of Dynamic Hot Metal Scheduling System Oriented Steel-Iron Correspondence and realize the software of rescheduling methods.(4)Test the part rescheduling solution the whole rescheduling solution using the dates of metal spot. Calculate and analysis the longest finish time, the TPC total flow time, the longest wait time and equipment load rate. The test results prove the hot metal rescheduling methoda have certain availability.
