In the design and discovery of drug,the molecules having a better stereoscopic structure can be considered to combine better with the protein owing a folded structure.Due to not only the diversity of carbohydrates structure and configuration, but also high density of stereochemical information and their relative rigid molecular model.The plot of carbohydrates as the core scaffolds has been focused in the academia. The invent of high-throughput click chemistry (the blocks of azide and the blocks of alkyne in the Cu'-catalyzed have a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction) synthesis provides us a method to synthesize the diverse chemical substances conveniently and ragidly.Based on it,we firstly use the microwave-catalyzed high-throughput click chemistry to bring the different pharmacophoric groups to the virous carbohydrates blocks,then we can create many different structures and configurations potential activated molecules. Finally we could give the carbohydrate derivatives a high-throughput screening by the activity of PTP inhibitors on the purpose of efficiently idenfying the new PTP inhibitors chemical blocks and their further biological research.
