Hydrogen peroxide is a green oxidant, which has been widely applied on several different fields, such as textile, pharmaceutical and environmental protection. The current process for the production of hydrogen peroxideis is complicate and costive. H2O2 synthesis directly from hydrogen and oxygen is an ideal way, while water is the only by-product. In this study, as a case study, two kinds of catalysts, Au@SiO2 and pyridine modified Pd/SiO2, were prepared and examed. Kinetic study was performed using the pyridine modified Pd catalyst. Sveral factors, such as the amount of catalyst, the H2/O2 ratio, the rotation speed, the degradation and hydrogenation of H2O2, and so on. |
