| The development of the simulation system of the operational chemical devices has many advantages, including the convenient training and appraisal of operators, the saving costs of training, and the reduction of operational risk. Therefore, it is very significant to exploiting the system.The specific research object of this paper focuses on the simulation system of producing polycrystalline silicon. The crucial devices of the system are for preparation from Silicon Tetrachloride to Trichlorosilane by the cold process of hydrogenation.This article discusses the current state of the chemical simulation system at home and abroad. The requirement analysis and design for the whole simulation system are identified as the main research contents of this paper. In detail, the production equipments and cold hydrogenation processes, which produce from Silicon Tetrachloride to Trichlorosilane, are introduced in it. Besides, we still describe the procedures relevant to driving or parking conditions, and identify some measuring parameters of devices.We further establish several mathematical models of the key devices based on chemical processes and calculate the simulation value in a certain degree of simplification. Moreover, the background simulation modules of the hydrogenation devices based on VC++6.0 are established in the subsequent chapters. Finally, we realize the design of human-computer interaction interface and functions of configuration by the software Realinfo.The achievements of the research results also play positive significances to improve the chemical processes. |
