With the development of science and technology and the extensive application of computer,computer simulation training is more and more popular in the process of production and operation of enterprises.Through the computer simulation system can realize the open parking operation,normal operation and accident handling and off-line simulation,various characteristics and variations of the parameters of the monitored object for real-time monitoring,operation evaluation.The operation interface are consistent with the normal production operation screen and the actual location of the site,which is not affected by the feeding problem of the normal production operation;So that operator and technical personnel has a large degree of control about actual location of the site equipment,under the premise of the process of familiar with the process and process parameters control,it can be described as two birds with one stone.The operation evaluation system can accurately evaluate the students' operation and test the emergency handling ability of the students;Through the implementation of the evaluation system to guide the operation of students,standardize the operation of students,to avoid dangerous operation in the actual operation.Because of the advantages of the computer simulation system,combined with company for the construction of the four modernizations,comprehensively improve the operator's comprehensive skills level,process knowledge and experience,to enable them to acquire new and advanced control system,familiar with methods of adjustment and control of,fully grasp and understand the process itself and the principle and the dynamic characteristics,ensure plant safety,smooth start,stable production and safety production,and puts forward the simulation training system(Operator Training System referred to as OTS)the subject of development in the chemical desulfuxrization process system.Based on the mastery of the technology and equipment about chemical desulfurization process system,proposed the mission objectives of the establishment for simulation training system.Using the eastern simulation development platform called PISP,The desulfurization process of system simulation for example,completed the simulation training system of information flow chart,database,modeling,configuration,the score of the development process,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the process and equipment characteristics of the chemical desulfurization process system,and studies the chemical reaction between the materials,the control points of temperature and pressure and the influence on the production.(2)The overall function of the simulation training system is designed;Combined with the overall function goal design,set up the hardware structure of the platform of simulation training system,including computer simulation system,DCS(Distributed Control System) operator station,operator station,teacher station,engineer station,simulation software and process model server.According to the characteristics of process and equipment system for chemical desulfurization process,design the software method of modeling simulation training system,using the modular modeling method of sequential modular method,operating calculation method,the Euler algorithm for numerical calculation.The overall structure of the software simulation training system is designed,the longitudinal consists of two parts:the upper simulation software platform(application layer)and the simulation engine of the bottom(the functional layer and data layer);the transverse include model area(simulation subsystem)and imitation DCS area and operation evaluation area.(3)The sequential modular method is used to partition the desulfurization process system,and the module information flow chart is established.After determining the main chemical reaction process of the system and the material balance calculation of the system,the unit module model is established according to the information flow graph.The mathematical model of the special module and the general module is established and the algorithm is compiled.After Complete module library establishment,mathematical modeling and algorithm programming and screen configuration,the scoring system is designed,according to the scores of defined score strategy;the scoring strategy is determined according to the determined dimension and the score file of the simulation training system is compiled.(4)Through the test of the simulation training system,it is proved that the simulation system meets the application requirements in the aspects of software structure rationality,reliability,stability and real-time,and has good application value.Through the simulation system,the operator's skill level can be improved in a short period of time,and the risk of new employees' misoperation will be reduced.And the subsequent improvement direction of the simulation training system is planned.
