The petrochemical industry is with high risk because of HPHT, Poisonous and Harmful, continuous operation and wide range. Accidents will not only result in casualties and property damage, environmental pollution, may also lead to disastrous consequences, inside and outside the enterprise of life and property suffered considerable damage and harm.Emergency Platform as its core Safety Science and Technology, information technology supporting, a combination of hardware and software is a basic work of enterprise emergency management.It is of great significance to establish and improve a unified command, fully functional, responsive and orderly, coordinated and running efficientemergency response mechanism, prevention and response of major emergencies, the maximum reduction in accident losses.The paper is maily studied on Emergency platform for large-scale petrochemical enterprises.Based on the investigation and analysis of emergency platform construction at home and abroad, it Proposes petrochemical enterprises emergency platform design principles, the overall technical architecture, database schema, and the overall function; According to the requirements of the enterprise emergency management work, the paper proposed emergency platform construction,which includs basic support system, application support systems, information management systems and the building of integrated application system; According the evolution of a typical petrochemical accident, it uses the accident simulation decision support functions of emergency application platform to simulate the LPG spherical tank holes for leaks, explosions and gasoline storage tanks'instantaneous leak which caused the fire accident, and provides strong technical support for the decision and command of the accident process. Instance of the application shows that the system has strong applicability, operability, and versatility, with the actual promotion application value.
