The reaction "pentanal synthesis via hydroformylation of 1-butene" is one of C4 resources comprehensive utilization effective ways. Based on the reaction product pentanal, pentanol, pentanoic acid, amylamine,2-propyl heptanol and so on could also be generated, which mentioned above are all currently demanded chemicals for domestic and foreign. Do research of synthesis of hydroformylation products as represented by pentanal has important significance on improving utilization of olefins.First, the result of 1-butene hydroformyaltion of homogeneous catalyst system was evaluated in a stirred reactor. The homogeneous catalyst is PORAC and the additive catalyst is TPP. The appropriate reaction conditions were explored by the factorial experiment method, followed by a series of optimum combination process conditions experiments. The conclusion is:when reaction temperature 102℃, reaction pressure 2.0Mpa, mechanical stirring rate 250rpm, the amount of 1-butene 250g, catalyst concentration 250ppm,the mole ratio of Rh and TPP 450, reaction time 25min, the mole ratio of valeraldehyde and isovaleraldehyde (Trad n/i) could be reached by 11.0. The reaction result is ideal. Then, prepared three kinds of catalysts Co-Ru/AC, Co-Ru/SiO2, Co-Ru/CNTS using incipient impregnation method. The result of 1-butene hydroformyaltion of heterogeneous catalyst system was evaluated in a stirred reactor. The results show that the result of 1-butene hydroformyaltion using catalyst Co-Ru/CNTS is more ideal and the selection of pentanal could be reached by 96%.Last, characterize the heterogeneous catalysts and explore correlation between the catalyst performance and the carrier, the active component, providing the basis for further catalyst optimization...
