In this paper, PANI-SiO2 transparent hybrid conducting films were successfully synthesized via a sol-gel route by using organoalkoxysiloxane as precursors. Firstly, [3-(Methacryloyloxy)propyl]trimethoxy silane (KH570) as dopant was studied. Infrared spectra and XPS spectrum indicated that the hybrid network between PANI and silane coupling agent has been formed. The analysis of TG-DTA curves showed that PANI-KH570 has a better thermal stability than that of pure PANI. Furthermore, the relationship between the properties of hybrid films and different content of PANI was studied. Sheet resistance and visible light transmittance of the films decreased with an increase of the content of PANI. The prior treatment temperature and number of film layers is 80℃and 5, respectively. When the content of PANI was 30 wt.%, the visible light transmittance of the obtained film attains 87%, its sheet resistance reaches 4.36 kΩ/□, its contace angle is 73.25°, and its thickness is about 8.4μm. Then, in the optimized condition, the properties of the PANI films doped with different organoalkoxysiloxanes were also studied. Considering its comprehensive performances, the properties of PANI-KH570 films were relatively better.
