Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can be produced by microbial decomposition of crude oil in the underground, when were at high temperature or hydrothermal cracking, organic sulfides in oil can produce spill H2S as well. As there is a small amount of water in crude oil in mining process, which dissolves H2S will make steel corrosion, shorten the pipe and the service life of the storage tanks; In addition, in the process of transportation, there are dangerouse of H2S to escape, not only produce and will make the follow-up crude oil processing technology of the catalyst poisoning, etc. Therefore, before shipping, H2S must be removing from the crude oil to the safety concentration.There are a lot of methods to analysis and removal of Hydrogen sulphide, and it is important to accurate analysis and remove hydrogen sulphide before crude oil refining, but there are still problems to be solved in both of hydrogen sulphide in accurate analysis and the process of removing of H2S to the safety concentration, besides, though with high applicability in the oil field, " Iodometric titration method" possesses lots of deviations when used to determine the content of hydrogen sulphide in crude oil, In addition, desulfurizers bring bad effects to the downstream oil refining process.Through amending the technic of "Determination of hydrogen sulfide content-Iodometric titration method" In the third chapter of paper, an empirical formula between the theoretical value (y) of H2S concentration in crude oil and the measured value (x) is obtained, which can fix the measurement error when H2S concentration is in the range of 0≤x≤3 mg/g. while x<0.8396mg/g, a simplified linear formula y=1.8824X+0.279 derived from the empirical formula, can make sure that the relative error between the theoretical value (y) of H2S concentration and the measured value (x) is no more than 10%.As there are many problems exist in the northwest oilfield, such as H2S removers have some bad effects to the downstream refining process, and desulfurizers used in removing H2S are lack of a feasible evaluation method, besides, hydrogen sulphide removers are using in a blind way, desulfurization mechanism is not very clear and so on. We analysis the principal components of H2S removers which are using in northwest oilfield of Sinopec, try to find out the desulfurization mechanism, and know that the desulfurization agent are strong alkali organic amine or with high content of salts which can react with the organic acid in crude oil and generate macromolecular organic salt materials that will bring emulsification problems and make it is hard to remove water and salts, meanwhile, strong alkali removal from the desulfurizer of hydrogen sulphide and crude oil and the acid in the reactions that produce organic macromolecular material salts, as we know, too many salts will poison the refining catalysts. According to the above problems, we must establish a set of evaluation methods in research and development of H2S removers and eliminate the previous disadvantages.Finally, according to the downstream refining process requirement, we developed a new hydrogen sulphide remover, which can not only satisfy the concentration of safety transport standard, but also can reduce the bad effects to the downstream refining. The verification indicates that when amount the developed R type desulfurizer to 0.1% and remove hydrogen sulphide from heavy oil for 12 hours, the concentration of hydrogen sulphide in the gas phase is 2.35 ppm, can greatly meet the requirements of safety transportation (concentration of hydrogen sulphide in the gas phase is less than 2.35 ppm). Through evaluation, we know that the developed R type desulfurizer will not increase the corrosion of the equipment, won't produce crude oil emulsification problem. Because of its zero contains of salts material and the closed pH value to crude oil, it will not change the properies of the oil and affect the downstream refining catalysts as well.
