In this article, EA, which is a low eutectic of ethylenediamine dinitrate and ammonium nitrate, is recrystallization to different particle size by solvent and anti-solvent method.Using H2O as solvent, organic solvent as anti-solvent,by means of changing the four factors: solution concentration, temperature differences between solvent and anti-solvent, stirring speed and the volume ratio of solvent and anti-solvent. The relations between the grain size, particle size distribution and crystal form are researched and discussed in theory. On the basis, the best technological conditions are finally determined through the optimizing conditions. The EA granules are modified by different means, such as liquid phase separation, precipiation polymerization and molecular self-assembled,after the thinning process,in addition to this, charactered by cladding rate, SEM, hygroscopicity, and storage time to represent the coating effect.Its main content as follows:1, Synthesize ethylenediamine dinitrate and the intermolecular explosive EA;2,The method of solvent and anti-solvent was used to refine EA, considering the effects of concentration, temperature difference, volume ratio, stirring speed, and t analysis the effects of these factors from theory;3, Determine the main factor by orthogonal experiments;4, Modify the EA granules through these processes as follows:liquid phase separation, precipitation polymerization, molecular self-assembly method;5, Determine the best technological conditions through the optimization experiments in this paper.The results of this article prove the possibility of EA particle size and distribution, as well as the best technology of coating. The experimental results have some guiding role in explosive particle size gradation and coating modification.
