| The monitoring and forecasting technology of environmental parameters of coastal water is the strong technical support for development of marine economy. It plays an important role on the development of marine resources, effective protection of the marine environment and to improve integrated ocean management. To meet the demand of the long-term, real-time monitoring of environmental parameters of coastal water, for the data volume of environmental parameters of coastal water is small, and difficult to accurately monitor and early warning, the paper proposes a statistical process control (SPC) method for the coastal marine environment, which combined of cluster analysis. According to this method, design environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring system for research and demonstration.The main research works of this paper are as follows:1. Analysis the characteristics of the data of environmental parameters of coastal water, compare common monitoring methods of environmental parameters of water, establish the SPC dynamic model of environmental parameters of coastal water, achieve the process monitoring of environmental parameters of coastal water through the EWMA control chart which be able to detect tiny fluctuations.2. To the problem of the small amount of data and not easy to precisely control, propose a SPC method for the coastal marine environment, which combined of cluster analysis a water-based cluster analysis, and make multi-attribute decision method (MADM) to solve the problem of clustering of environmental parameters of water.3. Described the design goals, design requirements and design ideas of environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring system, and according to the overall design of system, establish the features and implementation methods for each module. According to the existing criterion, combine with actual situation of environmental parameters of coastal water, design appropriate control mode criterion for EWMA control chart.4. Delphi is used to develop an Environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring system based on SPC, which to verify the correctness of environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring method. The results show that the system has a strong practical applicability and a certain value.This paper researches the statistical process control (SPC) method, which combined of cluster analysis, lays a solid foundation for the realization and well operation of environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring system, and also contributes to the development of environmental parameters of coastal water monitoring method. |
