This thesis takes the coal mine underground wind-water pipeline system as the main research object,and introduces the coal mine wind-water pipeline environmental parameters monitoring system which is designed by combining the characteristics and needs of the wind-water pipeline.The key point monitoring substation of the system collects environmental parameters data through sensors,converts the collected analog quantity into a digital quantity,and obtains the data of real environmental parameters after a certain ratio conversion.The LCD screen will display information such as monitoring substation address,temperature,humidity,flow,wind pressure,water pressure,parameter units,and calendar clock.Operating buttons can be used to modify the alarm value,the alarm value is stored in a power-saving storage circuit.The key point monitoring substation and the ground monitoring master station exchange data through the RS-485 communication interface or Ethernet.The key monitoring substations determine the reception of instructions through different code addresses.If the instruction of the upper computer does not arrive,the key monitoring substation will display the data in real time on the LCD screen.If the instruction of the upper computer is received,the key monitoring substation firstly composes data frame and sends the data to the upper computer,and then displays the data in real time on the LCD screen.In the process ol data acquisition by sensors,if the data exceeds the alarm value range,the monitoring substation will makes the voice alarm device and the alarm light work.The system can be used for dynamic monitoring,real-time display,and fault alarming of environmental parameters of wind-water pipeline.The application of the system can promptly detect and help the staff to deal with wind-water pipeline faults,so as to ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal enterprises and the safety of underground employees.
