More and more attention were paid to the conductive rubber composites with the rapid development of the electron technology and Information technology. The con -ductive rubber are corrosion resisting and light. And they can adjust the conductive and mechanical properties according to the demand, adaptable to large-scale producti -on, etc. At the same time, the conductive rubbers exists many shortcomings,such as dosage more, unwell-distributed, lower mechanical properties,due to the single filler. synergy effect can realize by two kinds of filler, this effect improves the comprehensi -ve performance of composite effectively.We prepare carbon black/carbon nanotubes/butadiene rubber(hereinafter referred to as the CB/MWNTs/BR) and grapheme/carbon nanotubes/butadiene rubber (TrG/ MWNTs/BR) based on the matrix of butadiene rubber with carbon black,carbon nanotubes and grapheme for packing. Using the extensograph,scaning electron microscope,megohmmeter and dynamic mechanics spectrum analyzer for character -istic. Results show that: As for CB/MWNTs/BRcomposite, MWNTs can play the"bridge"role. when the dosage of the CB is 40 phr, the resistivity of the composite changes from 3.00×1010Ω·cm to 7×105Ω·cm and reduce the five order of magnitude. When the dosage of the CB and MWNTs is 40:5 in BR composite, the mechanical properties(the tensile strength (7.8MPa),tear strength (31.29KN/m), hardness(69), elongation at break (219%)) of the composite improve more prominent than the BR composite which the dosage of the CB and MWNTs is 40:0, the mechanical properties of BR composite that the dosage of the CB is 40phr are the tensile strength (5.1 MPa),tear strength (19.6KN/m), hardness(68), elongation at break (171.6%). Dispersion research shows that: the CB and MWNTs are well-distributed in the BR composite. As for TRG/MWNTs/BR composite, for TrG/MWNTs/BR=1:9:100, the resistivity of the BR composite is 106Ω·cm;for MWNTs/BR=10:100,the resistivity of the BR composite is 109Ω·cm, so we can see that, the resistivit of the TrG/MWNTs/ BR is three orders of magnitude than the MWNTs/BR composite. For TrG/MWNTs/BR=1/14/100,the mechanical properties of the BR composite increased 40%,25%,5% than MWNTs/BR=15/100,and increased 69%,82%,11% than TrG/BR=1/100 for tensile strength,tear strength,hardness. Dispersion research shows that: the TrG and MWNTs are well-distributed in the BR composite.
