In this paper, a kind of UHMWPE fiber is chosen as basic material, and a self-transform fabric force machine is used to make a quasi-static test for the UHMWPE plain fabric. The mechanism of stab-resistance is also discussed. Then, a dynamic stab-resistant machine is chosen to test the plain cloth and non-woven viscose compound fabric according to the National standard GA68-2008. Finally, a flexibility stab-resistant compound fabric which is satisfied the National standard is given. The results provide a theoretical support for product design.By analyzing force condition during stabbing process, knife force condition and fabric destroy pattern are obtained. Aiming at further analyzing force alter during UHMWPE fabric stabbing process, the stab-resistant mechanism is deeply analyzed, and stabbing power,force condition are obtained, a curve picture of stabbing process is drew by origin software.Aiming at further obtain a stab-resistant product, some dynamic stab-resistant tests are needed to be done. Based on the values which are obtained by quasi-static tests, some compound fabric are designed and make some dynamic tests, with the result of fabric gap size and condition, a good stab-resistant compound fabric is successfully made, the fabric can be wore by police,armed police and some other out-duty person.In this article, the compound fabric are not coated,shear thickened and so on, so the fabric decrease its stiffness,increase its wear amenity,increase action flexibility of wearing person, it is a good flexibility stab-resistant material.
