| In recent years, with the development of Chinese economic and people's consumption level, the communication market is growing at very fast speed. At the same time, the consumption number and elimination rate of cell phone are increasing rapidly. More and more used cell phones and accessories appear, including so many batteries, bring environmental and resource issues, the recycling of which has become a hot research topic all over the world.At present, the recycling work of used cell phones and other accessories including batteries has begun in some cities with different forms and brought certain environmental and economic benefits. However, many problems exist at the same time. The paper aims at the recycling of used cell phone batteries, by analyzing the key factor——the expense system on Circular Economy and establishing a proper cell phone expense system that will serve Chinese purpose. Finally, mathematical models on Game Theory are build in the paper and useful suggestions are made to perfect the expense system.Main researches and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)The recycling problem of used cell phone batteries in China is analyzed in this paper. The key reasons are identified and a proper expense system is established, including the charging objects, responsibility, mode and management system, and study the related details.(2) The implement of the expense system in this paper is divided into two periods, the introduce period and the mature period, with different targets. At the same time, different earning game models are built and the related coefficients are studied, aiming at the maximization of the social benefits.(3) Nokia's cell phone recycling is taken as an example, to prove the necessity and effectiveness of the expense system by estimating the economic and environment benefits. Finally rational suggestions of policy and sustainable development are made to perfect the expense system.The paper includes21figures,33tables and56references. |
