The waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) reverse logistics is refers to the distribution process of electrical and electronic equipment from consumers back to producers. With the economical development, the domestic consumption of electronic products increases year by year and the number of eliminated and scrapped electronic products is rising up sharply year by year. If these waste electrical and electronic equipments cannot be properly handled, it will bring environmental pollution and resources waste. However because of the existing insufficiencies in the growth of market degree and supervisory mechanism, the effect of our present policy is unsatisfactory, and it is far inferior to the requirements of resources and environment to WEEE. So how the waste electrical and electronic equipment be converted into resources effectively have been a new topic faced with "Sustainable Development" in our country.This paper taking theory of extended producer responsibility, theory of external nature on public economics, ecological economics and environmental ethics as research tools, carries on a detailed and comprehensive analysis to WEEE reverse logistics from the different angle. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, and involves the research background, the research significance and the research methods. By reviewing the literatures, it proposes the concept of WEEE reverse logistics; the second chapter is the theory, and with the research tools of theory of WEEE reverse logistics' production, theory of external nature on public economics and theory of extended producer responsibility, it gives a detailed and comprehensive analysis to WEEE reverse logistics from different angles; the third chapter involves the analysis of the main body of WEEE reverse logistics and explains the target, space strategy and main body outside character in details, and proves the advance model of WEEE reverse logistics; the forth chapter analyses the power system of enterprise WEEE reverse logistics, explains the three reverse models under EPR, and sets up the indexes responded on the options of reverse model; the fifth chapter sorts out the basic theory of fuzzy layer method, with examples to learn the fuzzy layer method's application in the enterprise WEEE reverse logistics model; the sixth chapter is the conclusion.
