| This dissertation is to study the synthesis process of trifloxystrobin and pyraclostrobin. Tifloxystrobin and pyraclostrobin are new types of strobilurin fungicide, which have high activity, low toxicity and environmentally friendly. It is very significant to develop the synthesis process of trifloxystrobin and pyraclostrobin in order to improve the structure of fungiside in our county and decrease the effect to the enviroment.Tifloxystrobin is obtained starting from2-methyl-benzoic acid, which react with cyanotrimethysilane, and the aroyl cyanide is obtained. The aroyl cyanide via hydrolysis under acidic conditions, esterification with methanol, reaction with methoxyamine, bromizated by N-bromosuccinimide, and then condensation. Through improve the reaction conditions, we get the best synthesis process of tifloxystrobin, and reduced to generate cost and improve the reaction yield.In the paper, the synthesis processes of pyraclostrobin has been researched. The optimum synthetic route is made from4-chloroaniline and2-methylnitrobenzene. First synthesis4-chlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride with4-chloroaniline, after cyclization and oxidation, we get the1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-ol. And then via bromination, condensation, reduction, acylation and methylation, pyraclostrobin has been synthesized. We reduct nitryl to hydroxylamine with zinc/ammonium acetate, Reduction with zinc/ammonium chloride system and and high-pressure catalytic hydrogenation reported in the literature, a decrease of pollution, improve the production safety and significantly reduced the costs. |
