Sulfur dioxide emission is the main cause of the rising air pollution and acid rain in China. In recent years, the government has issued a series of laws, regulations and policies to promote Sulfur dioxide control, which has speed up the construction of the flue gas desulfurization facilities in factories and has made great progress in sulfur dioxide pollution prevention and control. However, due to China's economic and technology conditions,we are not allowed to invest human and financial resources as many as the developed countries do, and we started late in sulfur dioxide treatment. Owing to the further improvement of environmental production requirement in the past few years, flue gas desulfurization project has become important treatment equipment. As a result, China is gradually transforming from the introduction of foreign technology into suiting our national desulfurization technology. In last few years, the goverments has further improved the environmental requirements, flue gas desulfurization project became necessary construction in our country to all emissions enterprise. However, as the economic and technical conditions in our country are not investment in human and financial resources enough as the development country and in the governance of sulfur dioxide started late, an important treatment facilities are gradually introducted from foreign technology to developing our country for desulfurization technology.Zhangqiu belong to the sulfur dioxide pollution control areas demarcated by the state council in the the division scheme of acid rain control zones and sulfur dioxide pollution control areas (the letter [1998] No.5). Accordance to requirements of the thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards (GB 13223-2003) and local standard thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards of Shandong Province (DB37/664-2007), since 2010, the company will implement the new pollutant emission standards, sulfur dioxide emission standards will have a substantial increase (sulfur dioxide of boiler flue gas improve form less 2100 Mg/m3 to less 400 Mg/m3), the waste gas treatment in this industry will face great challenges. Based on the research and analysis of Mingshui Co., Ltd. in Shandong at present stage, new technology on waste gas desulpHurization treatment research based on their own environmental standards requirements, the site condition, desulfurizer supply and boiler scale and coal content, combined with the features of desulfurization technology, choose practical technology that is minimizing investment, sopHisticated technology, perfect and reliable operation, cost is low and no secondary pollution. Realize thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization processing of shandong MingShui chemical Co., LTD., the biggest possible reduce exhaust emissions of sulpHur dioxide in waste gas and increase the rate of circulation and utilization of the Ming waste water, become waste to treasure, achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. Provide a new way to achieve the emission request timely for the industry waste gas and make the contribution for improving air quality of ZhangQiu.
