In this paper, the wrinkle and flame retardant was studied of PBTCA, we use PBTCA,the complex systems of PBTCA/CA and the complex systems of PBTCA/BTCA for anti-wrinkle finishing of cotton fabrics, and we get a good anti-wrinkle finishing effect. We use the complex systems of PBTCA/CP for flame retardant finishing of cotton fabrics, and we get a good flame retardant finishing effect. The wrinkle resistant finishing of cotton fabric with the complex system of PBTCA/CA and PBTCA/BTCA was mainly discussed in this paper. We analyze the influence of conditions such as the different amount of finishing agent and catalyst, different curing temperature and different curing time. Wrinkle recovery angle, breaking strength and whiteness of finished fabric were measured. The experimental data indicated that the complex system of PBTCA/BTCA is the best system and the best conditions were PBTCA 120g/L, BTCA 20g/L, sodium hypophosphite 50g/L, triethanolamine 20g/L, cured 180℃for 120s, and this time the wrinkle recovery angle is 260°, the zonal breaking strength is 231N, the whiteness is 77.92%. We can get a good crease resistance of cotton fabrics also greatly reduce the cost of finishing compared with BTCA alone. The flame-retardant finishing of cotton fabric with the complex system of PBTCA/CP was discussed in this paper. We analyze the influence of conditions such as the different amount of flame retardants, different curing temperature and different curing time. The flame retardancy of cotton fabric(continued burning time, smoldering time, damage length, limiting oxygen index), breaking strength and whiteness were measured. The experimental data indicated that the complex system of PBTCA/PC can get a good flame retardant finishing effect and the best conditions were PBTCA 350g/L, PC 250g/L, Magnesium chloride catalyst 20g/L, Penetrant JFC 2g/L, cured 170℃for 180s, and this time the limiting oxygen is 27.8%, the zonal breaking strength is 171N, the whiteness is 71.07%. We can get both good flame-retardant effect and greatly reduce the cost of flame-retardant finishing compared to the traditional flame-retardant of CP.
