Cellulose pulp was dissolved in the sodium hydroxide/urea/thiourea solvent system in this experimental. The best condition of dissolution was researched. Wrinkle-free cellulose spinning solution and its membrane were prepared by using cellulose as material, NaOH-thiourea-urea aqueous as solvent and BTCA as anti-crease finish agent. Structure and properties of wrinkle-free cellulose membrane was analyzed by using the FT-IR, the text of wrinkle recovery and tensile strength. The results demonstrated that esterification-crosslinking reaction was happened and the properties of anti-crease was existed. The balance between wrinkle recovery and tensile strength will be achieved with the change of BTCA wt ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time.The technologies of preparation of the cosolvent systems of cellulose,DMAc/LiCl and butanetetracarboxylic acid was studied. The best technologies of solvent of cellulose were got from the study on the influence of the amount of LiCl, the amount of cellulose, heating temperature, heating time. The influence on wrinkle recovery to the regeneration cellulose membrane of BTCA, the coagulation bath concentration, glycerol plasticizing was also studied. At the same time we studied wrinkle recovery, tensile strength and breaking elongation of membrane. The results showed that the wrinkle recovery of regeneration cellulose membrane with BTCA is improved,but tensile strength decreased. The tensile strength would be better when the concentration of the coagulation bath increased. The extension of the membrane would increase after glycerol plasticization, and tensile strength increased. Further studies showed that The balance between wrinkle recovery and tensile strength will be achieved with the change of BTCA wt ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time.By studying cellulose,1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid dissolved in ionic liquid [AMIM]C1, Wrinkle-free cellulose membrane were prepared by using cellulose as material, ionic liquid [AMIM]C1 as solvent and BTCA as anti-crease finish agent and the effect of coagulation baths on cellulose membrane performance was studied. Structure and properties of wrinkle-free cellulose membrane was analysed by using the FT-IR, the text of wrinkle recovery and tensile strength. The results demonstrated that both cellulose and BTCA were dissolved in ionic liquid [AMIM]C1,esterification-crosslinking reaction was happened and the properties of anti-crease was existed, wrinkle recovery will be better when crosslinking at higher temperature for longer time with increased BTCA wt ratio, but tensile strength will decrease.
