The paper is maily about the adsorption treatment, the wastewater which is producted by epichlorohydrin industry. The industry wastewater is high salinity 200g/l and CODcr 3000mg/l, in which the glycerol is the major things contribute to CODCr.First, the experiments chose the perfect adsorbent from the three models. In the isotherm experiments, the isothermal equation of model A is Lnqe= 2.1871 lnCe+6.2859. Under the same water sample, add 0.2g the three sorbents, the adsorb mass of model A is 234.8295mg/g, which is much more than the other two adsorbents, so model A is the best adsorbent. The column experiments study the residence time, glycerol concentration and the number of regenerated times influence of the glycerol removal rate. When the residence time are 40min and 60 min, adsorption capacity of the latter is much more than the former,as residence time increasing, the removal rate increases. When the glycerol concentration is 1-2g/l, the adsorbent can handle four times the column volume wastewater. With glycerol concentration is increasing, the treatment volume reduce. There are a total of five times regeneration experiments which want to study the adsorbent performance of adsorption and the regeneration effect. After a laboratory amplification calculate, dealing with a ton wastewater need 16.23 yuan. The level of chloride ions in the wastewater is vary high.In order to research the chloride ions effect on the determination of the CODCr, experiment compare chlorine calibration method results to the datas which is measured by TOC.The finding is that the higher the concentration of chloride ions is, the greater the impact on the determination results of CODCr.
