Currently, the phenomenon of the lack of water resources in our country is very serious, and more nutrilites in water have already affect any aspect of the construction. Controlling the gross of contaminations in wastewater becomes to be the main target at the field of pollution control, and at the same time wastewater reuse provides a useful way to solve the problem of shortage of freshwater resources. Electro-soption is a new water treatment technology aiming to remove the irons in the wastewater via electrifying on both ends of the electrodes below the water decomposition voltage, making ions in raw water moved and then stored in the double-layer at the surface of electrode. Electro-soption is characterized with high salt rejection rate, low energy consumption, high ability of fouling resistant, without acid-basic regeneration and so on.The thesis has been used EST equipment ESTG-400Model to study the effects of voltage and flow on the ability of EST equipment. With the experiment, we can see that among the range of voltage and flow that trial has adopted, adsorption of electrode has a stated relation. Adsorption has a increasing trend and treatment effect has a improvation along with this variety. The reason is that static electricity attraction swelled along with variety of voltage. This lead to ulteriorly in double layer. Adsorption has a increasing trend along with flow increases, at the same time, when wastewater flow increases, the removal rate of per ton water decline. The reason is that when the flow increases, the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the exposure time of ion and plate would be short, and which resulted in a inadequate adsorption of ions in regenerative water and a poor effluent quality. Take the total adsorption, adsorption efficiency and the loading capality of the equipment into consideration, the appropriate voltage and flow are1.5V and1.0m3/h for the ESTG-400adsorption device in the experiment. The feasibility of electro-sorption desalination of reclaimed water was investigated in a pilot-scale test. The results show that the salt rejection rate is77.7%; the water production rate is75%to85.7%and the power consumption is1.25kw·h/m3The COD concentration in the effluent is not obvious, and it can be discharged out directly. The process has high automation, simple operation, stable effluent quality, obvious desalination effect and low operation cost and it is feasible for advanced treatment of reclaimed water.
