| Epichlorohydrin (ECH) is a widely used chemical product. The epichlorohydrin production by glycerol has great advantadges that can't be replaced and will be the major method to manufacture ECH as biodiesel fuel develops rapidly. The salty glycerine wastewater that from the method is difficult to treat.This issue inspected the treat effect of evaporation through decompression evaporation device. The conclusion is that distillate without glycerine can discharge directly and evaporation residual liquid with glycerine belongs to solid waste which glycerine can't be separated from and mixed fully with sodium chloride in the actual process.In addition, glycerine in the solid mixture cannot be removed through high temperature burning operation effectively.In this work, experimental device was designed and made by ourselves. At the same time, the sodium chloride solution with glycerine was chosen to do the detecting the boiling point experiments, on condition that the feasibility of detecting boiling point of solution by experimental device under certain pressure and certain component concentration had been proved through the comparison of water experiment data and bibliographic data. What we have done provides reliable data for multi-effect evaporation simulation with PRO/II. With the comparison of experiment data and simulated data, the thermodynamic equation for the simulation process can be proved usable. According to the multi-effect evaporation simulation of salty water and glycerine salty water system, it's concluded that the number of effect increases is in favor of the use of energy and the content of salt that is dissolved out of the seven effect evaporation is maximum comparing with three and five effect evaporation. |
