At present, Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials (CFRTP) with high toughness, high resistance to damage tolerance and high durability advantage, has become the hot spot of the composite material development. The paper is to research the composites that glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (CFRTP) with two-steps pultrusion, and to get the composite material for heat treatment, studied the effects of process parameters (such as:preheat temperature, die temperature, pulling speed), heat treatment time and temperature. At the same time.the paper also researchs the performance of GFRTP stretchy under the corrosion of alkali and salt solution under different temperature(normal,45℃,65℃),then through freeze-thaw the accelerated corrosion test. The results of the study show that are as follows:When the preheat temperature, heating die temperature, the cooling die temperature, pulling speed was 160℃,220℃,60℃,0.28m/min or so,GFRTP had the best mechanical properties. After heat treatment, not only the FRTP bars'crystallinity has been improved, but also the mechanical properties associated with different levels of increase. In alkali, salt corrosion, the alkali corrosion damage of GFRTP bars are larger, and with increased temperature corrosion, the mechanical performance decreased obvious. We respectively used the TSF and FHWA methods to predict the GFRTP bars'service life, when the bars'shear strength decreased to 50%, the required number of years were 26.58 years,274 years.Through freeze-thaw test, the result shows that the GFRTP reinforcement Flexural strength and the shear strength decreased slightly, GFRTP has a good weather resistance.
