The paper mainly aims at analyzing the vibration characteristics of the explosive vessel under internal explosion loading in four areas:theoretical analysis, experimental studies, and signal analysis and model predictions.Main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1,The theoretical analysis of the explosive vessel's vibration characteristics under internal explosion loading is accomplished. First, a theoretical simplify value of internal explosive impact loading is solved and is described. Secondly, under the boundary effect, a theoretical derivation of the equations of motion to cylindrical shell and flat head is accomplished. Finally, a theoretical solution of the natural frequency of the explosion vessel flat head and shell is received.2,The experimental studies of the explosive vessel's vibration characteristics under internal explosion loadings is accomplished. First, the basic principles of vibration test systems, equipment components and testing program are introduced. Secondly, the vibration component on four typical positions is measured under four different internal explosion loadings dose, and the relation among vibration law, dose and distance is defined. Finally, the comparative ananlysis of the theoretical analysis and experimental measured values was accomplished.3,The analysis of the explosive vessel's vibration signal of internal explosion impact is accomplished. First, the author pre-processed the vibration signal and processed the vibration signal in the time domain and frequency domain signal. Secondly, with using wavelet technology, the measured vibration data for multi-bands decomposition is accomplished. Finally, from the vibration signal energy point of view, the decay law of wavelet frequency band energy of the vibration signal was studyed.4,The model predictions of the explosive vessel's vibration characteristics under internal explosion loading is predicted. First, the author discussed the dynamics similar problems of the explosion vessel under impact loading Secondly, the method of predicting structural vibration intensity which is applicable to engineering applications was proposed with using linear regression and neural network. Finally, with the use of wavelet multi-band technology, a model of the muti-bands wavelet coefficients to predict vibration signal under internal explosion loadings was set up. It could predict the vibration signal waveform.
