With the rapid development of engineering technology of modern industrial, the vibration existing in rolling process of rolling mill,as an important factor for restricting the development of rolling steel in the production line of iron and steel enterprises, remain the hot research topics. To be known about the vibration mode of roller under real world working condition,as an important component of the rolling mill, benefit to know the vibration shape of the roll under the actual rolling condition. The research on the vibration shape of the roller under the actual rolling condition has certain engineering practical significance for further optimizing the rolling process. The main research contents of this topic are as follows:First, the vibration of the rolling mill are introduced as the complex mechanical classification and the vibration of the common research types,on the basis of existing research conditions, the feasibility of the rolling mill vibration testing in combination with the actual condition, using DH5923 N series analysis data collection device for rolling mill components under the actual working condition of vibration characteristics, and then according to the detection of rolling mill vibration signal data analysis and vibration characteristics of the roll. Then,in order to further analyze the vibration form of roll rolling direction and vertical direction, the original vibration signal is filtered to select the dominant characteristic frequency of roll vibration. Finally, through the filtered vibration data of the roll, the vibration track curve of the roll rolling and the vertical direction is analyzed, and the graph of the force changing with time is drawn by combining Newton's theorem,so as to analyze the vibration form of the roll under the actual rolling condition.
