In the field of oil production,almost all the oil layer will be damaged to some extent in the exploration development and the subsequent maintenance process. In China among the existing reservoir protection technology, there still is a kind of technology fully achieving the true sense of the oil gas reservoir protection. But with the introduction of workover rig technology, it is possible to achieve the true sense of the reservoir protection.Workover rig is the working method that professional workers operating special equipments of pipe in pressurized environments.Snubbing operation is the method controlling the pressure of bridge plug or stopper control pipe,the BOP controls the annular space of the oil sleeve pressure,lift and kava group control tube column with pressure.Vehicle-mounted workover rig equipment system mainly includes a blowout prevention system,operation platform,forced lifting system,hydraulic system,monitoring system,control system,safety protection system.The control system plays an important role, mainly responses for measuring and processing instantaneous value which is obtained from transmission device.Then the control system analyzes the controlled value and make control signals which is determined by control behaviors so that finish the control tasks.Mainly according to the practical environmental workover rig equipment, the control system summed up the practical control task and then finish the control task of control system design.The control system mainly divides into two aspects: the control system hardware and control system software. After research in control task, we decide to adopt PLC S7-300 control system as the main hardware body selecting button,relays, electromagnetic valve and other input / output device and use SIEMENS MicroMaster 440 converter control the lifting control system.PC is adopted for field data collection and monitoring.The software of the control system including the design of PLC S7-300 control procedure and simulation of monitoring system design and program for SIEMENS MicroMaster 440 inverter control.Through debugging, we may clearly verify that the design of control programs meet the control task requirements.And SIEMENS MicroMaster 440 controlled by S7-300 works well according to debugging display of inverter.
