In view of the mechanical engineering college is researching and developing‘theintegration non-well-killing workover rig machine’engineering project, this thesismainly aim at its hydraulic system design and research, with the hydraulic system of thetraditional separate non-well-killing workover rig machine as the background, The paperdesign a set of the hydraulic system of integrated non-well-killing workover rig machine.Integration non-well-killing workover machine is a special kind of workover rigequipment,it can be in oil (gas) well with pressure situation of remedial work asemi-automatic workover rig. Integration non-well-killing workover rig machine is akind of monolithic show static equipment, all of its equipment are loading in a carchassis, thus greatly improving the workover rig equipment rapid mobility, and increasethe service efficiency.This thesis firstly introduces the integration non-well-killing workover rig machineof domestic and foreign development situation, the analysis of the current research of thissubject is of great significance. The paper research content is mainly divided into twoparts, first of all, paper integration non-well-killing workover rig machine hydraulicsystem for the general design of the detailed, including body system, landing system,repair derrick system, operating platform system and hydraulic pump five subsystems,and in the light of each system of the hydraulic components on the option and determinethe type. Secondly, for the hydraulic system of heavy difficulties-well tube landingsystem established linear and nonlinear model, through the linear model for the design offront landing speed control system for the stability analysis and system correction;Through the establishment of nonlinear model and to join the system interference model,the overall analysis and design the system of each parameter, and observe the speedoutput process.Through the design of the speed control system of linear and nonlinear modeling,simulation and optimization, the last observation speed output curve and system bode diagram, it was evident that the speed control system stability is good, stronganti-interference ability, stable margin larger. Through the nonlinear model can be seenobviously system each part of the working condition and working parameters, the workof the parameters in the national standard range and in compliance with relevant elementdesign standard, design and system function in good condition, the control performanceis better, and can be used for practical engineering.
