The machinery industry have made great progress in recent decades, and the spiral machine especially screw machinery screw extruder with a good performance is used widely in the petroleum and chemical industry, military industry and other fields. As the cardiac components of screw pump, the screw rotor has the most direct influence to screw pump work, its production method must be scientific and reasonable. Now in the processing screw rotor, the two or more heads screw is now used widely to achieve enveloping milling processing, the single head screw is used the inner cyclone envelope milling method to processing, as a result of the inner cyclone milling head angle limitation and screw length effect, double convex screw processing also is difficult to use the traditional inner whirlwind milling method to complete the processing.In order to solve the problem of the whirlwind milling method of processing two convex screw, the inside cyclone will be considered when the required swing angle milling head milling cylindrical blank, it may screw surface milling out of shape, and the analysis of the spiral rotor surface to form a conjugate of the stator, so that within a whirlwind milling method can achieve two convex screw processing, also provide its base of theory.In the paper the actual problem is solved by mathematics modeling, the inner whirlwind milling principle and spatial helical curve characteristics on the basis of understanding, the cyclone milling processing method of double screw tool path calculation research. Firstly, the mathematical model of disc cutter, cutter calculated in any point of space coordinates, then find out the points of the trajectory equation. At the same time can also be in the milling cutter in any plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the trajectory equation, namely the screw axial section profile equation. Then the Microsoft Visual C++ software is used to prepare the corresponding program calculated the experimental data, and with a certain shape double-head screw cross-sectional profile, its characteristics is analyzed and the corresponding reasonable conclusion can be got. Research shows that, in combination with the papers presented by the new helical design, inner whirlwind milling method can be successfully applied to the two convex screws, and its principle can be extended to three head convex screw, conducive to further improve the efficiency of processing.
