Membrane water-wall is important structure and main press assembly in boiler of power plant. IT is welded by circular steel and flat steel in double-sided. Membrane water-wall of the boiler structure can enhance boiler seal, improve fuel thermal efficiency, reduce material, and weight of the furnace wall. Membrane water-wall special gas welding equipment imported from Japan, Austria and other countries hybrid, is expensive and smaller parts of the operating space. Therefore, developing a membrane water-wall tube panel welding machine to automate the welding process to ensure quality, big operating space, and reasonable prices is very important. Based on the above reasons, a membrane water-wall tube panel welding machine was produced. And the main part was analyzed by FEM. The main content reads as follows:Domestic and international research and application of the technology of membrane water-wall were introduced. The content and technology roadmap of paper were recommended.Gas arc welding was made as the membrane water-wall tube panel welding method. Arc welding membrane water-wall tube panel manufacturing process was analyzed in detail. Virtual membrane water-wall welding machine was built using three-dimensional modeling software PRO / E. And the entire production line and plant layout were described.The basic idea of Finite Element Method(FEM), the function of ANSYS, methods of modeling were introduced in this chapter. And details of the analysis of ANSYS process were analyzed. The main force components of water-wall welding machine-frame and beam were analyzed by finite element method. Compared with original beam structure, five optimized and improved structures were carried out by numerical simulation. Every new structure was analyzed by ANSYS in detail for the optimal plan.Two PLC control program was proposed based on structural design and process analysis, and the main module of the control framework and control thought were introduced. An experimental prototype was made to meet the needs of the membrane water-wall welding.An experimental prototype was made to meet the requirements of the membrane water-wall mixed gas welding machine. And a major force component was simulated and optimized by FEM.
