Multiferroic composites, which possess magnetoelectric coupling effects, are main research topics due to their potential applications in random access memories, sensors, etc. Finite element method was adopted to study the magnetoelectric coupling efficiency of layered multiferroic composites in various conditions. Effects of boundary conditions, size, thickness and Young's modulus of adhesive layer on magnetoelectric coupling efficiency were investigated. Results show that fixed upper and lower boundary condition, larger aspect ratio, higher ferroelectrics proportion, smaller adhesive thickness and larger Young's modulus can enhance the magnetoelectric coupling efficiency.
