Injection molding is the nlain processing methods for plastic products,andbecause of excellent performances,the plastic products by injecting own wideapplications.The proportion of precision plastic products is becoming higher andhigher in areas like automobile industry,electronic iastrmnents,precision instrmnent,optical instrument.etc.It is difficult to get precision plastic products through thetraditional injection molding because of thcli-high precision rcqtfircments.Therefore.new precision injection 1holding processes are showing constantly and they have beendeveloped and hnproved as time going.INecdon compression molding is emerging precision injection molding process inrecent years.Compmed with the traditional methods.its flowing distanee is longer,andthe clanping forcc and injection pressure are both lower.Through injection molding ofcompression,products contract ultifonnly,residual stress and warping deformation aresmall,and at the same thne.the products own excellent optical properties.Now theprocess has been used widely in molding of precision optical products.such as opticallenses,disc substratcs and SO on.But research on inicction compression technologyand principle is rare in domestic at present.This paper mainly researched the basicprinciple of precision injection compression molding.and took disc substrates forexmnpte.designed compression mould for molding disc substrates.Through softwareMoldflow,this pawr analyzed effeets of main process parameters to products quality,.The major work of this paper is as follows:(1) Introduccd and amlyzed the state of developments of precision injcctionmolding and injeection compression molding.(2) Studied the basic principles.process,and characteristics of injectioncompression molding.Provided thcoretical basis for CAE analysis of injcctioncompression molding by filling flow basic equations of the disc substrates injectioncompression molding and the application of PVT state CI.R"VeS in precision injectionmolding. (3)According to the special requirements to disc substrates injection compressionprecision tbrming.designed a disc substrates lnOtl[d which can be operated on commoninjection rooMing machines.(4)Through alalysis software of Moidflow and orthogonal simulation experimem.discusscd effects of various processes in injection compression molding to the discsubstrates contraction eveinless,residual stress and warping....
