Slaughter wastewater is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration pollutants. The quantity of the slaughter wastewater vary significantly with process and handing time. As a New high-rate anaerobic reactor, the anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) can efficiently handle a variety of organic wastewater of low concentration and high concentration. However, because of ABR is a multi-compartment structure, each compartment of the degradation behavior is not the same in the different water quality and operating conditions, many factors affect the mathematical description, such as the structure of the reactor, the water quality limit speed different stages. Anaerobic reactor technology for operators in the actual operation of the process require a higher real-time monitoring of reactor operating conditions, and adjust the operating parameters established through the appropriate Therefore, to establish a complete anaerobic reactor mathematical model is particularly important to master the best operating conditions, through the operational phase of the simulated reactor, and the operation of the reactor to make timely and accurate adjustment.This study has successfully completed the start of ABR treating the slaughter wastewater. During the process of the continuously improving the load, removal of organic pollutants has good effect and reactor still stable operation.Based on anaerobic digestion Mathematical model, I establish the dynamic model of anaerobic baffled reactor.The model mainly involves two aspects:first, the process of he growth and the decline of acid bacteria and methanogens in anaerobic digestion,the kinetic process is simplified by the hydrolysis of biodegradable particulate matter, fermentation acid production and methane-producing process; second, the materialized balance of the internal reaction (pH, gas and mass balance) process. This article are simultaneously solved the biochemical dynamics of differential equations and physico-chemical equilibrium equations, thus establishing the ABR anaerobic digestion mathematical model.Consider the quality of slaughter waste water and the performance characteristics of ABR, I Draw lessons from the related literature to determine the range of each parameter, and use the actual operating data during50-70d of ABR treatmenting Slaughter wastewater check parameter, and then use the model to Simulate the ABR treating the slaughter wastewater durin71-110d.The model can be used to simulate the process of ABR treatment abattoir wastewater. The experimental results show that the calculated values correspond to the actual experiment, when change the values of pH, the effluent concentration of VFA and COD in reactor. Analysis, although there has deviation between the the predicted values and the measured value of water in different volume load. This maybe due to error in the process of select and check the parameters of the reactor calculation for forecast the ABR anaerobic digestion when building the mathematical mode,and the parameter error accumulate, thus affecting the accuracy of model predictions.Overall,the simulation value by the kinetic model of ABR treatment slaughter wastewater is in good match with the actual test values.Under certain conditions, the model can reflect the prediction of ABR treating the slaughter of wastewater in pH value, the effluent COD concentration and VFA concentration trends,as the water quality and operating parameters is known.
