Based on the comprehensive overview of research progress of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical wastewater Treatment Technology, this paper is about the depth of treatment of fermentative pharmaceutical wastewater by three-dimensional electrode technology. The test choose a pharmaceutical wastewater that from Henan province as the object and researched the effect of different materials as the anode electrodes and different size of the activated carbon as the particle electrodes on the test results, while the boards of RuO2-IrO2/Ti, iron and stainless steel as anode electrode, graphite plate as electrode cathode, cylindrical activated carbon as particle electrodes. The results showed that:the effect was best when the RuO2-IrO2board as anode electrode, the particle size of1mm cylindrical activated carbon as particle electrodes. The COD and color removal rate reach highest.The experiment also studied the main parameters, the impact of various parameters on the test results, the principle in the electrolysis process, the effect of three-dimensional electrode method collaborative H2O2on the degradation of pollutants, as well as life and regenerationof the particle electrode.Usually the parameters of depth of treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by three-dimensional electrode technology were electrolysis voltage, electrode plate spacing, electrolysis time, initial pH, dosage of electrolyte and aeration rate and so on. According to the specific conditions, four facts such as electrolysis voltage, electrode plate spacing, electrolysis time and initial pH were selected as the main parameters. The research showed that the order of affection was:electrolysis voltage> electrode plate spacing> electro lysis time>initial pH. And the best reaction condition was:electrolysis voltage=10V, electrode plate spacing=8cm, electrolysis time=20min, initial pH=4. Under the condition, the COD and color removal rate reached59.5%and93.57%.This thesis also researched on the depth of treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by three-dimensional electrode technology. Result showed:when the dosage of H2O2is0.5mmol/L, the COD removal rate could be increased to68.5%.Study about particle electrode life found that, the COD removal rate could reach to56%after the particle electrode been reused10times and dropped to35%after been reused20times. Study on the regeneration of particle electrode showed that the COD removal rate rose to60.9%under the regeneration of particle electrode condition that staying the electrolysis conditions same except exchanging the board of anode and cathode. The regeneration rate reached to89%.The running costs of this method is0.909yuan/t by calculating, of which the electricity maximum, the cost of concentrated sulfuric acid used to adjust the pH followed by. In comparison with other methods, this is lower and the enterprises can withstand.
