The incidents related to construction project security happened frequently in recent years, which brought about huge loss of people's lives and fortune and also posed a great challenge for the management of construction projects' quality and security. As far as the the present construction process concerned, there still exists many potential dangers. A lot of constructors who generally pay less attention to the quality of construction project don't obey the construction rules in the construction process in order to decrease the costs, some suppliers may be dishonest occasionally, which exerts a great influence on the quality of construction projects. The quality of construction projects is the in sureness of people's production and daily life as well as the existence and development of construction companies. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance for the management and control of construction projects'quality being chosen as the research program in this thesis.The thesis mainly takes the project construction quality management and control on fracturing and acidizing experimental building of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company for example, firstly it introduces the background situation of the project and the necessity of quality management for construction projects, then, it illustrates the concept and characteristics of construction project quality management step by step in terms of theories, discusses the generally applied methods and principles of construction project quality management and control, finally it analyzes the elements which influence the construction project quality according to the theories and the cases so as to work out how to optimize the management and control for construction projects effectively and test the valid of such application.Only do the construction theories combine with concrete project cases, the standard of construction projects quality management can be enhanced and the managerial methods can be improved constantly so as to make the construction project quality guaranteed.
