Structure of online monitoring technology is an emerging technology for the operation and maintenance of structures, which can realize real-time monitoring of its state parameters during operation, the actual state data of structure, the timely detection of structural damage, in order to take the necessary measures to prevent major accidents occurred. As a typical marine engineering structure, offshore platform has its own complex structure, which works long time in extremely harsh environment. And its reliability and durability are faced with severe challenges, so that real-time effectively monitoring of offshore platforms in the security of operations at sea is of more practical significance.This dissertation is based on Jack-up offshore platform for the project background, and goes deep into study the structure of the pile legs and boots, which are as the main force components, in the different design conditions of stress distribution. The establishment of the pile legs and boots structure monitoring system is used for real-time reflecting the structural stress distribution of the pile legs and boots, alerting the early damage that may occur, preventing from structural damage, which ensure the offshore platform security service. According to the structure of the monitoring objects and contents, it sure the jack-up offshore platforms of the pile legs and boots structure monitoring program.Structure monitoring program mainly includes three aspects, such as selecting structural monitoring point location, designing and laying fiber Bragg grating sensors, establishing the structure monitoring system.First, the selection of structural monitoring position is based on the static calculation of pile legs and boots, which helps to realize the optimization of the Fiber Bragg Grating sensors laid. As to jack-up offshore platform in the ocean in the work environment, finite element includes three conditions, such as drag flight conditions, storm self-existence and operating conditions, oil and operating conditions. The dissertation has analyzed the pile legs and boots structure stress distribution, and has determined the position of the pile legs and boots stress hot spots. Structure monitoring optimization locations of the pile legs and boots considers the structural stress distribution, when jack-up offshore platform emerges erosion of platform foundation and bearing capacity to change.Second, it has completed the design and layout of the fiber Bragg grating strain sensors. Considering the characteristics of the fiber Bragg grating sensors and the pile legs and boots actual structure, designing the appropriate Fiber Bragg Grating sensors has application in the monitoring program. A cylindrical Fiber Bragg Grating strain sensor is used to monitor the structure of the pile legs; a flat diaphragm fiber Bragg grating strain sensor is used to monitor the structure of the pile boots. It has design the device to connect sensors, and then has completed the sensor placement, installation and positioning.Finally, it has established the pile legs and boots structure monitoring system. Microsoft Virtual Studio.NET is sea as technology platform in monitoring systems. Socket network, which connects with the warning system, is able to read and analyze the front-end collect data. The structure monitoring system can realize structural damage status early warning.
