In this paper, we will select to research about industrial area and farmland soil in Xinxiang City. Basedon functional area to take a number of surface soil samples and total concentrations of Pb,Cu,Cd,Zn weremeasure. The samples were analyzed using BCR sequential extraction procedure. While the use ofsingle-factor pollution index of soil on the campus assessment of the pollution. The result showed thatheavy metal of Pb,Cu,Cd,Zn were heavily accumulated in the industrial estate soil, with total Pb and Cdand30times as much as the environmental background values of Henan.By morphological analysis wefound that Pb existed by the fraction of residual Pb, Cu,Cd,Zn were dominated mainly by the fraction ofresidual;Contamination of Pb in the soil was widespread, ten sampling sites were polluted slightly, threesampling sites were polluted moderately by heavy metal, nine sampling sites were polluted heavily, severeand moderate pollution accounted for48%of the total sample. Followed by Cd, eleven sampling sites werepolluted slightly sampling sites, four were polluted moderately by heavy metal, four sampling sites werepolluted heavily, the pollution fasten on Surrounding farmland area.Secondly, through the pot experiment in the laboratory simulation of these experiments underconditions prevalent in the heavy metal Pb, Cd, Mn single and combined pollution, studied Pb, Cd, Mnsingle pollution and Pb-Cd, Cd-Mn composite contaminated soil adding different concentrations of EDTAon Conyza canadensis (L.) Cronq and Chenopodium album and absorption, transport, enrichment Pb, Cd,Mn and Pb-Cd, Cd-Mn compound the impact of contaminated soil. The main conclusions are as follows:As the EDTA concentration increased, the growth of Chenopodium album by a certain influence. In a singlesoil Cd treatment, EDTA was added when the level of5.0mmol kg-1plants by the apparent poisoning.Plant height, root length, dry weight and chlorophyll were lower than51%,50%,60%and47%, whichdecreased the dry weight of the highest level. In the Cd-Mn under the combined pollution treatment, EDTAare added to the level of10mmol kg-1, the plant growth was significantly lower than the control value.Decreased by10%,44%,55%,52%. Compared with a single Cd treatment, plants have reduced toxiclevel. In a single Cd treatment, when EDTA was added to reach the level of2.5mmol kg-1, the Cdconcentration in the aerial parts of Chenopodium (17.99mg kg-1) and transfer coefficient (2.6),enrichment factor (4.88) are reached maximum value, respectively, higher than the control43.8%,26.9%,59.0%. In the Cd-Mn complex pollution cases, only the level of EDTA added to5.0mmol kg-1,aerial parts of Chenopodium album with the amount of Cd, transfer factor, enrichment factor has reachedthe maximum, respectively,40.88mg kg-1,1.87and2.97compared with the control value increased72.5%,54.9%and54%. For Mn, EDTA added level of10.0mmol kg-1, aerial parts of Chenopodiumalbum containing Mn amount (332.18mg kg-1), transfer coefficient (1.23), enrichment factor (5.82) arethe maximum, compared to the control value ncreased by52.9%,26.9%and36.8%.By comparing the same time, the experiment results of using Chenopodium album repair compound Cd and Cd-Mn-contaminated soil, in the concentration of EDTA added to2.5mmol kg-1, in order to fix the optimalconcentration of single Cd pollution, whereas in Cd-Mn complex pollution, EDTA added concentration of5.0mmol kg-1was the best.
