Previous casing damage monitoring technology is limited to the inner casing, andmeasures were taken only after casing deformation has been happened. So there isn't amethod to have a real-time monitoring of casing deformation and casing load. In addition, thepressure monitoring system merely detects the pressure inner casing during the developmentprocess of oil field. It can't realize the real-time monitoring of the reservoir pressure about thedevelopment blocks. In view of the above limitations of oil field monitoring technology, itneeds to develop optical fiber sensing technology outside the oil Wells casing. Throughmonitoring casing deformation, testing person is able to determine the depth and position ofthe point which had occurred casing damage. This can realize macro control about thesituation changes of casing damage in development blocks and achieve the purpose of earlywarning and early governance. Through real-time monitor formation pressure outside casing,the data can reflect the true pressure change trend about the small layers in developmentblocks and provide the basis of perforation design and countermeasures system adjustmentmeasures.
