Wetland carbon cycle plays a very important role in climate change in different ways, the climate changes also affecting the wetland hydrology system and ecological function. Wetland science research, therefore, has caused the attention of domestic and international scholar. Wetland soil microorganism is a wetland ecological system important constituent, its property and function characteristics affect the whole of wetland ecological system. Therefore, research on wetland soil microbial properties has practical significance, for the follow-up of wetland science research provide the reference.Based on the wetland of Chongming Island as the research area, we determine the soil physical and chemical properties, microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass, soil enzyme activities to reflect wetland' soil microbial properties and characteristics. At the same time by use of PLFA technology to analysis the microbial community structure of Miaogangxi No. three dam wetland, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Chongming Island wetland soil moisture content is between20%and40%, the soil pH value is between8.2and8.8, it's the alkaline soil; soil total nitrogen content is not high, its content between0.5and2.5. Soil organic matter is overall the level is not high, is between1%and3.5%. Soil organic matter and total nitrogen has significant correlation, the spatial distribution trend of soil organic matter and total nitrogen are similar.(2) Wetland soil MBC and MBN with soil depth changes its contents were not decreased. From the spatial lateral distribution, soil MBC content of the Yangtze River South Branch increased from west to East, while reducing close to the east. Soil MBC and soil organic matter has significant correlation, proportion of Wetland soil MBN in total soil nitrogen is lower than foreign. (3) Different soil depth, soil respiration intensity has certain regularity. Soil respiratory intensity of the Yangtze River North Branch has a tendency to increase from the west to the east, and soil respiratory intensity in South Branch is larger than the North branch.(4) Urease activity in soil spatial profile shows certain regularity, while the remaining of soil enzyme activity have no obvious regularity; From the correlation between soil enzyme activity and soil physicochemical index shows that, urease and organic, urease and microbial biomass carbon, urease and nitrogen was significantly correlated; Cellulase is significantly correlated with soil moisture. The correlation between other enzyme activity and soil physicochemical index were not significant.(5) The total content of microbial fatty acid in the soil depth10-20cm is the highest, it shows the highest total content of microbial community. In the soil depth10-20cm, the content of fungal> bacteria> actinomycetes; In the soil depth20-30cm, the content of fungal> bacteria. In the three layers of wetland soil, microbial communities are more Gram-positive bacteria than that of gram negative bacteria.18:1w5c indicating the fungi, it's distribute in the three layers and all of its content is the highest, it shows that the fungi is the dominant microflora.
